Position Title: Accounts cum Admin Assistant (AR/AP/Billing) ( Permanent )

Working Location: Woodlands (Nearest MRT-Admiralty)
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM)

Role Responsibilities:
Preparing and submitting sales invoices to customers
Processing payments (GIRO, FAST & etc) to vendors
Perform data entry for invoices (sales/purchases/expenses), payments and receipts
Assist in month-end closing
Maintain proper and systematic filing of documents
Handle general administrative matters to ensure smooth office operations
Handle customers' inquiries & requests accordingly via phone calls or emails
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
Job Requirements:
Minimum of GCE āNā level, Nitec, or equivalent.
Good attitude and written/spoken communication skills (English and Mandarin)
Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook & etc)
Knowledge of the AUTOCOUNT Accounting System will be an advantage
Able to start work immediately or on short notice
