About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Process Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, developing, and optimizing processes for high-precision electro-mechanical equipment and semiconductor systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to meet customer requirements and ensure process excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and develop processes, system specifications, input-output, and working parameters for hardware and/or software compatibility.

• Work on device qualifications and applications to ensure alignment with customer requirements.

• Generate and implement robust processes to meet or exceed performance and quality expectations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Support production teams with process-related technical issues and troubleshooting.

• Prepare and maintain process documentation, reports, and test results.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related Science field.

• From 2 years of process engineering experience in high-precision electro-mechanical machinery, systems, or the semiconductor industry.

• Strong knowledge of process definition, device qualification, and applications engineering.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.

• Strong communication and documentation skills.
