Customer Service Executive - #1112183

Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and/or forward enquiries to the respective personnels

• Report generation on monthly basis

• Any ad-hoc administrative duties

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 'A' Levels and Diploma holder

• Good communication skills, meticulous and detailed

• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

• No work experience required. Training will be provided.
