P-Serv is partnering our Client, a leading name in digital transformation and they are looking for HR talents to be a part of the team!
Job Responsibilities
Manage full internship lifecycle from recruitment to completion, ensuring time and qualityexpectations are met consistently
Initiate intern postings across multiple platforms (Workday, Careers@Gov, School Portals)
Screen candidate CVs according to established guidelines
Create job requisitions and manage candidate profiles in Workday
Monitor recruitment status and highlight risks to stakeholders
Facilitate technical assessment process across various platforms
Facilitate interview logistics including scheduling, room bookings, and documentation
Prepare offer letters and internship agreements for selected candidates
Review and validate candidate submissions to ensure complete documentation
Ensure accurate data entry and tracking across systems
Manage intern leave, internship completion, extension requests
Support cyclical activities of other talent programs
Handle procurement for internship engagement activities
Generate salary adjustment letters and collate data for monthly KPI reports
Update standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new systems
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and navigate changing business need
Manage end-to-end administrative support for learning programs, workshops, and training sessions
Assist in creating and publishing classes and training events on Workday, ensuring details are accurate and up-to-date
Track weekly attendance records and compile reports for internal stakeholders
Coordinate enrolments, withdrawals, and rescheduling requests, ensuring timely updates in systems
Support attendance marking and follow-up on incomplete or missing attendance records
Arrange and manage room bookings, catering (if required), equipment setup, and other on-site requirements for training events
Check on learning invoices, to ensure accurate charging
Maintain learning operations trackers, SOPs, and documentation to ensure consistency in processes
Any other ad-hoc matters
Job Requirements
Diploma in Human Resources or relevant discipline
Tech-savvy with good proficiency in Microsoft Office and technology tools (Note: Excel skills such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables are important)
Experience with Workday or other leading HR Systems preferably
A good team player, possess a cheerful personality and a positive attitude
Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong aptitude to learn quickly, pick up new skills and adaptable
Able to multitask and handle high volume of work
Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work
Working Hours / Location
Mon – Thu, 8.30am – 6pm ; Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm
