Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the Green Mark certification process, ensuring full compliance with BCA requirements.

• Conduct on-site energy audits and building system inspections (ACMV, lighting, indoor comfort, etc.) to assess performance and recommend energy-saving measures.

• Prepare sustainability reports, including gap analysis, strategic improvement plans, and cost-benefit assessments.

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communications, ensuring successful project execution.

• Support business development by preparing Tender/RFP/RFQ submissions and attending site briefings or surveys.

• Drive sustainability initiatives and provide technical input to enhance building performance and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, Sustainable Building, or a related field.

• Familiarity with Green Mark certification processes and BCA sustainability standards.

• Hands-on experience with ACMV systems, energy audits, or building performance assessments preferred.
