What you'll do
Serve as the main liaison for assigned client accounts, fostering long-term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders
Coordinate the timely and successful delivery of solutions in alignment with client objectives and internal capabilities
Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities to maximize account value and drive business growth
Track, forecast, and analyze key account metrics to guide strategy and performance improvements
Provide clear, consistent communication of project status, risks, and updates to both internal and external stakeholders
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance client experience and improve account management processes
Proactively identify client needs and offer tailored recommendations to meet evolving business goals
What we seek
Diploma or higher in Business Administration or a related field
Proven experience in Sales, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data reporting tools (e.g., Excel, CRM platforms)
Excellent organizational skills, with a meticulous attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively while maintaining high service standards
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and concisely
