What you'll do

  • Serve as the main liaison for assigned client accounts, fostering long-term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders

  • Coordinate the timely and successful delivery of solutions in alignment with client objectives and internal capabilities

  • Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities to maximize account value and drive business growth

  • Track, forecast, and analyze key account metrics to guide strategy and performance improvements

  • Provide clear, consistent communication of project status, risks, and updates to both internal and external stakeholders

  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance client experience and improve account management processes

  • Proactively identify client needs and offer tailored recommendations to meet evolving business goals


What we seek

  • Diploma or higher in Business Administration or a related field

  • Proven experience in Sales, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data reporting tools (e.g., Excel, CRM platforms)

  • Excellent organizational skills, with a meticulous attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset

  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively while maintaining high service standards

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and concisely
