Job Description:

-       To actively promote and sell the company’s training courses by engaging customers, creating product awareness, and driving sales performance at retail outlets, roadshows, or events.

-       Approach, engage and build rapport with potential customers to introduce training courses available.

-       Handle customer inquiries, feedback and complaints in a professional manner.

-       Complete the registration process including collecting payments via paynow and Skills Future Credit

-       Follow up with participants other courses that is suitable for them

-       Attend training and briefing conducted by the company to ensure knowledge and skills possessed are always up to date.

-       Provide more information to participants as and when needed

-       Manage onsite roadshow independently and ensure all transactions and registration are updated
