About the role

JADE COMMERCIAL SERVICES' is seeking a talented Chef Malay Food to join our team in the Changi East Region of Singapore. As a full-time Chef Malay Food, you will be responsible for creating authentic and delicious Malay cuisine for our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and expertise in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What you'll be doing

Prepare and cook a variety of Malay dishes to the highest standard

Ensure all food preparation and cooking processes adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations

Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality meals

Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment

Contribute to the development and refinement of Malay menu offerings

Provide excellent customer service and respond to any special requests

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef Malay Food or in a similar role

Strong knowledge of Malay cuisine, including traditional recipes and techniques

Excellent food preparation and cooking skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Good attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Passion for creating delicious, authentic Malay dishes
