Tuition Centre in Bishan is looking for a freelance Customer Service Officer for Tue, Thu, Fri. (1-9pm)
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Greet and assist walk-in clients and respond to whatsapp inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about courses, schedules, fees, and registration processes.
- Handle feedback, complaints, or service issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain student records, update enrolments, and manage systems.
- Support day-to-day administrative operations of the centre.
Sales & Marketing:
- Understand the full range of courses offered and confidently promote them to prospective clients.
- Conduct follow-ups with leads and existing clients to encourage sign-ups and re-enrolments.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of customer service and/or sales experience (preferably in the education industry).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in MS Office.
*Training will be provided.
