Membership & Business Development Manager - #1112062

The Manager will play a key role in driving membership growth, deepening member engagement including events management, and developing new business opportunities for the Association and its related subsidiaries. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role combines relationship management, event oversight, and sales responsibility to enhance the Association’s value proposition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive membership recruitment, engagement, and retention

• Plan and manage events, seminars, and networking activities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for memberships, sponsorships, events, and services

• Build partnerships and identify new business opportunities

• Ensure excellent member service and relationship management

Requirements:

• Strong experience in membership, events, or business development roles

• A proactive mindset with proven ability to meet targets

• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and project management skills

• Experience working with associations or corporate clients is a plus
