Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.

• Lead, train, and motivate the retail team to achieve sales and service targets.

• Deliver excellent customer service, handle escalations, and build customer loyalty.

• Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.

• Support the Retail Manager in achieving business objectives and store KPIs.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.

• Assist in scheduling, manpower planning, and performance reviews.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Retail, or related fields (preferred).

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in retail supervision or management.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Sales-driven with ability to analyze performance reports and implement improvements.

• Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
