Responsibilities:

• Site management and resolving technical related issues on-site.
• Coordinates with team, consultants and sub-contractors on construction related matters to ensure the project is delivered on time.
• Coordinate with subcontractors on their productivity rate and incorporate into the scheduling process
• Develop schedule and monitoring forms to ensure that all site activities are tracked closely and monitored.
• Conducting regular meetings with all construction staff on the techniques of improving quality.
• Profession in all SWC Works.
• Develop detailed construction plans and schedules.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Estimate timeframes, resources, and budget.
• Supervise all construction activities on-site.
• Coordinate efforts of subcontractors, engineers, architects, and other professionals.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:
[Must]

• Minimum 8 years of Engineering Experience
• At Least 6 years of experience in managing construction teams for projects of similar scale and complexity
• Extensive experience in LTA projects
• Showcase your expertise in managing construction schedules and budgets efficiently.
• Able to commence immediately or within a month
