Media Coordinator (x3)

Location: Paya Lebar
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:30pm
Contract Duration: 11 months

Key Responsibilities

Contract Management

• Develop and maintain standardized media confirmation templates.

• Accurately record all contract details and rates in ACE Hub/Broadsign, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.

• Coordinate with the sales team to confirm inventory availability.

• Review and verify all media confirmations before submission.

• Manage the full contract and booking process for the Media team.

• Handle reservations, amendments, late amendments/cancellations, and compensation contracts.

• Verify all signed contracts before campaign installation.

• Monitor upfront payments and follow up on outstanding amounts.

• Ensure the sales/marketing team obtains In-Principle Approval (IPA) for unsigned contracts before campaign commencement.

Other Duties

• Create new media spaces, inventory types, and packages.

• Experience with VLOOKUP and Pivot Table is a plus!

• Administer and maintain ACE Hub modules, including Company Master, Campaign Master, Media Inventory, Media Type, Contracts, Billings, and Credit Notes.

• Conduct training sessions for internal teams and stakeholders on ACE Hub functionalities and best practices.

• Initiate and manage requests for Digital Services Management (DSM) and Identity Management (IdMS).

• Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.
