Project Cost Controller/ Tuas / Manufacturing Plant - #1111926

We are working with one of our clients in the construction space, and they are recruiting for a project cost controller. The candidate is responsible for managing cost and schedule performance on plant projects.

Responsibilities

·      Track and report on project progress, costs, and schedules.

·      Review and support subcontractor change orders and contractor claims.

·      Coordinate forecasts, budgets, and billing with accounting teams.

·      Provide regular cost reporting and analysis to management and clients.

·      Oversee budget control, change management, and governance compliance.

·      Support project teams with planning, implementation, and issue resolution.

·      Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets for various project sizes.

Requirements

·       5 years of experience in project controls/cost control on process plant or industrial building projects

·       Proficient in project control tools such as Excel, SAP.

·       Knowledge of construction sequencing, M&E works, and cleanroom environments is a strong advantage
