JOB DESCRIPTION

• Perform deep frying and grilling of food items (e.g., fried chicken, tofu, enoki mushrooms) in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP).

• Prepare, portion, and assemble food ingredients accurately and consistently.

• Repack food supplies into designated portions in compliance with SOP.

• Ensure the kitchen, equipment, and work areas are maintained in a clean, safe, and hygienic condition at all times.

• Apply basic kitchen and knife skills during food preparation and handling.

• Undertake any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor or management.

• Strictly adhere to food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Possession of a valid WSQ Food Hygiene Certification will be an advantage and given priority.

• Well-groomed, presentable, and professional in appearance and conduct.

• Strong team player with a positive attitude and cooperative mindset.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to handle customer enquiries effectively.

• Willing and able to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays as required.
