Job Responsibilities:

• Check and test raw materials, in-process items, and finished products

• Release finished goods in QA and SAP systems

• Prepare and send Certificates of Conformance/Analysis to customers

• Monitor plant hygiene and cleanliness

• Keep lab records organized and up to date

• Help maintain and calibrate lab equipment

• Keep the lab clean and tidy

• Assist with investigations into product issues and help fix problems

• Support product trials, equipment checks, and hygiene reviews

• Join improvement projects and help with other tasks as needed

Job Requirements:

• Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent in Food Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field

• Basic understanding of quality control or food safety is a plus

• Comfortable working in a lab and production environment
