The duties & responsibilities will include but not limited to:

A. Building and Facilities

• Maintenance and repair work for the building and facilities.

• Plan and schedule maintenance and repair work.

• Sourcing of contractor and preparation of WR if necessary

• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance for the air-con system.

• Plan and schedule corrective work for air-con system

• Sourcing of contractor and preparation of WR if necessary

• Plan and schedule minor electrical maintenance work

• Plan and schedule routine inspection of charging points during weekends and public holiday

• Attend to electrical supply issue in the absence of electrical supervisor.

• Plan and schedule repair works for leaking pipe, taps, toilet flushing system

• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance of the fire protection system (fire extinguishers, hose reel, fire alarm including panel, etc.

• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance of the FM200 Fire Protection System

• Coordinate with external vendor on preventive/corrective maintenance of the CCTV system

• Plan and schedule grease trap and sewer line servicing

B. Utilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the refrigeration system.

• Schedule technician to carry out daily inspection and data logging of the refrigeration plant.

• Schedule and plan routine maintenance of the compressor and associated equipment

• Ensure smooth operation of the refrigeration system.

• Schedule technician to carry out daily inspection and data logging of the air compressor

• Schedule and plan routine maintenance of the air compressor

• Ensure smooth operation of the refrigeration system.

• Schedule technician to carry out daily inspection and data logging of the boiler system

• Plan boiler water treatment program as per vendor instruction

• Plan and schedule annual statutory inspection of boiler

• Plan and schedule annual

• Ensure smooth operation of the WWTP and WRP

• Schedule technician to carry out daily inspection and data logging of the WWTP and WRP

• Plan and schedule WRP CIP program as per vendor instruction

• Supervisor WWTP process recovery as SOP.

• Ensure smooth operation of the cooling water system

• Schedule technician to carry out daily inspection and data logging of the cooling water system.

• Plan and schedule cooling water treatment program as per vendor instruction

• Plan and schedule periodic replacement of the incoming water filters.

• Co-ordinate with vendor on maintenance of the private water meters
