Overview

As an LED Screen Technician, you will play a key role in bringing innovative digital LED display solutions to life – from installation and maintenance to troubleshooting and ensuring top performance of our LED display systems.

This role offers hands-on experience with the latest display technologies across retail, commercial, and outdoor environments. You’ll gain exposure to both technical and creative aspects of the industry, with opportunities to grow into senior technical or project management roles as we expand.

Responsibilities

• Carry out new LED screen installation including controller setup, testing and commissioning alongside with engineering team.

• Liaise directly with clients on-site and provide technical support throughout the project.

• Prepare and organise materials, tools, and parts prior to installation and ensure timely delivery to site.

• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm specifications and meet project requirements.

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of LED screens, and prepare maintenance report.

• Repair LED modules and manage spare parts inventory efficiently.

• Support other technical or project activities as assigned.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in LED screen installation, configuration, and setup.

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (for communications with suppliers).

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and knowhow.

• Able to work independently.
