What You’ll Do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment (pumps, agitators, mixers, homogenizers, valves) and utilities systems (e.g. chilled water, compressed air, steam)
• Troubleshoot and repair rotating equipment to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production
• Work closely with engineers to implement maintenance plans (preventive & predictive) and support equipment upgrades
• Support production line setup and optimize equipment performance
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors for repair works and ensure site safety requirements are met
• Manage and track spare parts inventory in SAP Plant Maintenance
• Respond to ad hoc and after-hours equipment breakdowns when needed
• Ensure all work complies with ISO 9001 & GMP standards

Requirements

• Min 3 years of mechanical maintenance experience in Food, Pharmaceutical, or Chemical industries 
• Strong hands-on experience with pumps, mixers, agitators, and other rotating equipment
• Familiar with SAP Plant Maintenance and able to read P&ID & mechanical drawings
