Job Description:
As a key member of HR data management team, you will ensure accuracy, consistency and standardization of HR processes to ensure efficient administration of all HR activities that complies with company's policies and government legislations.
You will work proactively in partnership with key stakeholders to deliver end-to-end processing of employee data, keep proper documentation and records, and administer the staff compensation and benefits.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related.
Able to commit at least 3 months.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Highly self-motivated, committed and resourceful; with initiative and drive to deliver organized and meticulous work.
