1. Quantity Surveyor

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and tender documents.

• Guidance on cost-related matters to project teams, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.

• Work with managers/engineers to identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend solutions.

• Cost assessments, prepare reports on project cost performance, variations, and potential risks.

• Review and negotiate subcontractor/supplier contracts, ensuring favorable terms & conditions.

• Monitor cost expenditure vs budget, identify any deviations & implement corrective measures

• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quantity surveying.

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering with 3-5 years experience

• Experience in Tendering, scope of work, pricing schedule and non-material requirements.
