As part of our sales team, you will play a key role in driving business growth by offering financial solutions to meet the diverse needs of SME companies and their directors. Our product portfolio includes business loans, commercial property loans, trade financing, home loans, and more.
Responsibilities
Actively develop new client relationships within the SME arena.
Acquire prospective clients through cold-calling, referrals, and networking.
Provide prudent financial solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
Engage and cultivate long-term relationships with clients and partners on pending funding applications.
Ensure proper advisory procedures and documentation in line with company policies and compliance standards.
Attend training sessions and receive ongoing on-the-job support to achieve excellence.
Requirements
With or without prior experience (training will be provided).
Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented individuals.
Demonstrated successful sales experience (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
Proven ability to collaborate with both internal teams and external partners.
Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
