Job Responsibilities :
Daily Sales and Buys checking and verification
Preparation of cheque payment (AP) & invoices (AR)
Preparation of Store Closing Report
Preparation of monthly accounts closing (GL)
Bank Reconciliation
Preparation of monthly / audit schedules
Support general office admin duties such as handle telephone enquiries and ordering office supplies
Assist with any other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements :
Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
At least 1 year working experience in accounting role
Proficient in MS Office applications
Responsible, meticulous with good communication skills
Good team player with positive working attitude
Able to start work immediately
