Resident Architect (Punggol or Jurong) - #1111641

With the trust of our clients, we have been awarded two exclusive projects - one based in Punggol and another based in Jurong therefore we are seeking a Resident Architect (RA) for Punggol and another RA for Jurong to be the overall in charge of the management of these works.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead for the site and be overall in charge of the management and control of ALL Site Supervisors, including those of OTHER disciplines,

• Provide service leadership and administrative control of the other Site Supervisors, institute and maintain discipline, punctuality, keep daily records of staff attendance.

• Review all project drawings and specifications, and raise any discrepancies and/or possible problems before construction work commence on site and progressively throughout the entire course of the project;

• Ensure that the contractors carry out their work in compliance with Building Control Act and Regulations, Codes of Practices and requirements of building authorities and government agencies

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or accreditation with Professional bodies of equivalent standing as Board of Architects Singapore; and

• Possess at least 10 years of working experience with at least half based in Singapore and site supervision of building works, architectural elements and finishing works.
