Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Lead regional sales for machined components and automation systems
Build long-term relationships with OEMs, system integrators & manufacturers
Present technical proposals that align with customer goals
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
Technical Solutions & Collaboration
Provide technical support before and after sales
Work closely with engineering teams in Malaysia, Thailand, and China
Customize solutions to meet unique client challenges
Office & Operations Management (Singapore)
Oversee daily office and JIT hub operations
Coordinate HR, logistics, and finance with HQ
Supervise and support a small local team
Job Requirements :
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
5–8+ years in technical sales or business development (sales in manufacturing Automation equipment/line and Precision machined components business development & sales will be preferred)
Strong knowledge of CNC machining, automation, and robotics
Proven sales achievements and hands-on problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Fluent in English (other SEA languages a plus)
Willing to travel regionally (30–40%)
Singapore Citizen or Permanent Residence preferred
