Junior Resource Executive (12-Month Contract)

Location: Ang Mo Kio
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: Up to $3,500

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Resource Executive to join our team on a 12-month contract. In this role, you’ll support end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop suitable recruitment strategies.

• Partner with agencies and vendors to drive efficient and effective hiring processes.

• Coordinate interviews (in-person, phone, and video) and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring cycle.

• Prepare offer proposals and maintain accurate candidate information in internal systems.

• Track and document recruitment activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

• Support HR-related initiatives, such as onboarding improvements, employer branding campaigns, and process enhancements.

What You Bring

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or HR support.

• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders
