Company Description

Art Jamming Café in Orchard Singapore. We are looking for an independent & friendly worker with strong communication skills for remote work to handle customer enquiries relating to events. Salary is competitive for OFF SHORE candidates: SGD $800-$1100 INCLUDING BONUS. Malaysians who can speak English & Chinese well are welcome.

Role Description

• 100% Remote work with high flexibility. Candidate is expected to be on standby during working hours but only actively working when there are enquiries.

• Independently handle customer enquiries (via phone, WhatsApp, email) including enquiries for corporate team bookings, birthday parties and events

• Act as the liaison between customers and Café staff to confirm bookings, packages, and special requirements.

• Provide professional, and friendly responses to customer queries

• Follow through customer enquiries and reservations, including keying in of bookings and tracking of timelines to receive food pre-orders and payments.

Requirements

• Good working attitude and teachable

• Independent worker with strong communication and problem-solving skills to manage customer enquiries

• Proficient in spoken and written English; comfortable communicating in Chinese (for liaison with some customers and Café staff)

• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple enquiries at once.

• Comfortable using Google Spreadsheet and online reservation platforms

• Able to work remotely with reliable internet and phone access.

• Prior customer service or hospitality/event coordination experience is an advantage

Working Hours & Arrangement
