As a Team/Shift Leader, you will oversee the smooth and safe execution of daily terminal operations. A key part of the role is to manage manpower administration, workflow scheduling, and effective communication to ensure operations run safely, smoothly, and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate manpower resources to support daily and long-term operational needs.

• Schedule workflows and coordinate tasks across teams to meet operational objectives.

• Lead effective shift briefings, ensuring management priorities and safety requirements are clearly communicated.

• Maintain strong inter-departmental and customer communication to support seamless operations.

• Mentor, coach, and develop team members to build a cohesive and motivated workforce.

Experience & Skills Required:

• Minimum Diploma

• 3–5 years of relevant terminal operations experience, with at least 3 years as a Team Coordinator.

• In-depth knowledge of terminal operations, products, equipment, and SHE regulations.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage staff development, performance reviews, and succession planning.
