Project Manager (Commercial Building/A1 Main Con) - #1111542

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for high-rise commercial building projects.

• Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Oversee design coordination, tendering, contract management, and execution.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities.

• Manage site progress, conduct regular inspections, and ensure quality assurance.

• Handle technical and engineering issues on-site, providing solutions to keep works on track.

• Monitor and control project costs, manage variation orders, and prepare reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.

• At least 10 years of relevant project management experience in construction industry

• Strong technical understanding of civil and structural works.

• Familiar with local codes, building regulations, and authority submission processes.

• Proficient in MS Project and project management software.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
