Retail / Sales Promoter (1 year contract renewal)

Location : Islandwide
Final location will be decided by supervisor upon joining the team.


As a Sales Promoter, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products or services to potential customers. Your main duties will include engaging with customers, demonstrating product features, answering questions, and closing sales. You will also be tasked with generating leads, maintaining product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner.

  2. Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers.

  3. Provide accurate information about products or services.

  4. Answer customer inquiries and address concerns effectively.

  5. Close sales and process transactions accurately.

  6. Generate leads through proactive customer interaction and outreach.

  7. Maintain a clean and organized sales area.

  8. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

  9. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.

  10. Participate in sales training and meetings as required.

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; relevant education or experience in sales is a plus.

  2. Proven experience in customer service or sales roles.

  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  5. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

  6. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  8. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

  9. Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales software is advantageous.

  10. Entry level candidates who have passion to do sales are welcome.
