Country Head of HSE - #1111512

Responsibilities:

• Overall HSE in charge for multiple sites in Singapore

• Conduct periodic reviews to ensure that HSE plans

• Collaborate with Management to develop, prepare, and implement safety policies and sets the overall HSE strategy

• Ensure compliance to all statutory safety, health, and environment and security requirements through updates, reviews and audits.

• Advise Management during crisis or emergency response including improving & maintaining all aspects of Crisis & Emergency Response Plans and response.

• Ensure that the incident management & investigation process is implemented.

• Act as the sole point of contact with HSE-related government agencies and mutual aid companies

• Drive internal stakeholders alignment before engaging external parties on strategic matters

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering

• At least 15 years of experience in HSE with 5 years of leadership experience (as Head of Department)

• Manufacturing Industry Experience

• Country Level role. Regional Talents who are keen to explore country level are welcomed.
