About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead a data management team and ensure smooth, accurate, and timely HR processes. This role involves overseeing HR data operations, improving processes, and partnering with various stakeholders to drive efficiency and enhance employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HR data management team.

• Ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently met and continuously improved.

• Act as a subject matter expert for HR data management processes and compliance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, HRIS, and business partners to deliver seamless services.

• Review and streamline work processes to improve efficiency and employee experience.

• Support additional HR-related projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

• Experience in payroll administration (healthcare sector experience is an advantage).

• Proficient in HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors) and MS Office (Excel & Word).

• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Independent, proactive, and a strong problem-solver.

• Team player who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
