Job Title: Graphic Designer (Packaging)

 Job Scope:

• Showcase exceptional design skills, with a particular focus on packaging design.

• Your role is not solely designing; you will also be responsible for creating quotations for the sales team. After designing, you are expected by the salesperson to produce quotations for the majority of design projects assigned to you (quotation-making training will be provided). Effective time management is crucial to ensure that you can still produce great designs while meeting quotation requirements.

• Adapt or develop packaging templates to enhance efficiency and consistency.

• Conduct in-depth research on various packaging concepts to stay at the forefront of industry trends.

• Unleash your creativity by reimagining and reinventing existing packaging from the company's archives.

• Conduct thorough quality checks on samples of the packaging to ensure they meet our high standards.

• Liaise with clients via email to understand their design requirements and provide updates on project progress.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop is essential, with a primary focus on using Adobe Illustrator.

• Knowledge of 3D design is an advantage but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and interpret design briefs.

• Capable of working in a high-pressure, stressful environment is a must.

• Willing to work overtime when necessary.

• Willing to enhance own design skills outside of regular working hours, as time during work hours will be dedicated to quotation and template making.
