Electrical Store Supervisor - #1111455

Job Description:

• Supervise workers loading, unloading, packing and arranging of warehouse cargo and items, including the handling of return materials;

• Ensure workers in the store are performing their assigned duties responsibly to ensure the smooth operations and support for the efficient running of projects;

• Perform moving of warehouse cargo and items;

• Identify operational shortfall, maintenance or repair needs;

• Report to the manager warehousing issues in a timely manner;

• Perform warehouse operations in accordance with internal protocol and techniques;

• Coordinate logistic support for various project sites, ensuring timely delivery of materials and workers;

• Ensure fleet management and maintenance;

• Assist with administration work involved in the stores and purchasing function;

• Perform Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) activities in store to ensure personal compliance to requirements and highlight any shortcomings;

• Assist in the monitoring of office building maintenance and housekeeping at store;

• Assist in operating the warehouse management system and time management system to be deployed across the project sites;

• Any other tasks as assigned by the Company.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum N or O-Level, or ITE certificate in electrical engineering or strong knowledge in electrical engineering related parts and materials

• Must be able to supervise workers loading, unloading, packing and arranging of warehouse cargo and items and willing to perform hands-on warehouse tasks

• Able to supervise workers and ensure daily operations run efficiently

• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently

• Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or store supervision is an advantage

• Class 3 driving licence
