We are seeking a motivated E-commerce Executive to join our growing team and take charge of driving our online business. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing product listings, sales activities, and marketing campaigns while executing strategies to boost growth and visibility. You will gain hands-on exposure to the full e-commerce cycle—from product setup and campaign execution to customer engagement and sales performance tracking. A key focus will be building strong customer connections through chat and feedback channels, fostering community growth, and improving campaign traction across platforms. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, pricing, and visuals across e-commerce platforms.
Plan, implement, and monitor sales activities, promotions, and online campaigns to achieve performance targets.
Engage with customers through chat and feedback channels, resolve issues promptly, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Track and analyze sales, campaign results, and traffic data; prepare reports with actionable insights.
Build shop credibility by growing followers, improving ratings, and executing strategies to boost visibility.
Key Skills & Competencies
Hands-on experience with platforms such as Amazon, Lazada, Shopee,Shopify, TikTok or equivalent. Cross border sales experience in the platforms will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing basics to enhance online visibility.
Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools for content and visuals.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and analysis.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
