About the role

We are seeking a talented BIM Modeller to join our dynamic team at CHAN RONG FEN BUILDING CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD' in our Tai Seng North-East Region office. As a full-time BIM Modeller, you will be responsible for creating, managing and updating Building Information Modelling (BIM) data to support our engineering projects.

What you'll be doing

Develop detailed 3D BIM models using specialised software

Coordinate with project teams to integrate BIM data into the overall design and construction process

Ensure BIM models adhere to company standards and industry best practices

Collaborate with engineers, architects and construction personnel to resolve design issues

Perform clash detection analysis and generate reports to identify and resolve conflicts

Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle

Provide training and support to project team members on BIM workflows and applications

What we're looking for

Degree in Engineering, Architecture or a related technical discipline

Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modelling and coordination

Proficient in using BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and building codes

Excellent problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
