Key Responsibilities

• Meet sales targets set by the management team

• Represent the company as a knowledgeable professional in the construction industry

• Actively seek out new business opportunities and potential clients in the construction market

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and delivering solutions

• Evaluate and provide reports on the potential of new clients

• Develop and manage a network of industry contacts such as developers, consultants, architects, and contractors

• Monitor site progress closely and provide accurate material forecasts

• Keep the management team informed on market trends, challenges, and updates to support business strategy

• Clearly communicate terms and conditions with dealers and clients to ensure timely payments

• Offer tailored solutions to meet individual customer needs

• Provide customers with support, training, and troubleshooting when needed

Requirements

• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction or building materials sector

• Able to travel for site visits, a valid driving license with own vehicle is an advantage

• Comfortable using digital tools and technology in daily work

• Able to think creatively to find effective clients solutions

• Self-driven and responsible, with a strong desire to succeed

• Demonstrated success in sales, particularly in project-based selling
