Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts.
Perform timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing of accounts.
Prepare of month-end and balance sheet schedules.
Prepare monthly management reports and other financial reports required by Management
Monitor monthly cost of sales and operating expenses by direct operating stalls and outlets.
Update fixed asset registers on a monthly basis
Assist in annual budgeting, business planning and forecasting.
Liaise with various stakeholders on operational accounting issues,
Coordinate and perform compilation of information from various departments.
Handle other ad-hoc analysis and finance tasks that may be assigned
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree accountancy or professional qualification in Accountancy.
Minimum of 1 year relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel & PowerPoint.
Proficient in ERP system (Microsoft Dynamic AX & Navision system) preferred but not necessary
Proficient in SAP system will be value-added
Able to start work immediately or short notice period is preferred
