Site Engineer (Landed Housing Construction) - #1111351

Job Description:

1. Effective co-ordination and communication with project teams for work execution to achieve the operational excellence and company goals.

2. Work closely with project manager to complete the works within schedule, within budget and acceptable quality and safety.

3. Work with project manager to prepare project schedule, execution plan, method of construction, installation method etc.

4. Work closely with safety personnel, trades foreman and subcontractors to ensure the day-to-day works are complied with government and safety regulations.

5. Responsible in overseeing drawing management and ensure the updated drawings are issued.

6. Attend client and subcontractor meetings to achieve the objective of the meeting.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or Project Management

2. Minimum 3 years of project management experience in landed housing or bungalow construction

3. Candidate shall possess willingness to learn, positive and open-minded mindset

4. Candidate shall be outcome oriented and take ownership of the duties assigned
