Junior Talent Acquisition Executive | 12 Months | Up to 3.5K (AMK) - #1111350

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and organized Junior Resource Executive to support our recruitment operations. In this role, you’ll play a key part in coordinating interviews, managing candidate information, and supporting the offer process. You'll work closely with candidates, hiring managers, and external vendors to ensure a smooth and professional experience for all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand demand and to define the most appropriate recruiting strategy based on the specific role and business needs.

• Partner with right agencies / vendors to facilitate hiring processes

• Support the end-to-end recruitment coordination process, including interview scheduling (in-person, phone, and video), preparation of offer proposals, and candidate communication throughout the hiring process.

• Manage CV and candidate information updates across internal systems

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of recruitment and hiring activities

• Assist in recruitment and HR-related reporting and process improvements

• Contribute to ad-hoc HR initiatives such as onboarding experience enhancements, employer branding activities, or internal process reviews

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or HR support

• Excellent organization skills with attention to detail

• Able to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
