Business Development Manager (Seals & Sealing/ 90% WFH) - #1111248

Compensation: Up to $7,000 basic + $1,000 transport allowance + Commissions + Variable Bonus
Work Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:30pm
Work Mode: Hybrid (up to 90% WFH, occasional office days)
Office Location: Clementi
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage a strategic pipeline of business opportunities with regional distributors.
Conduct customer visits, gather market intelligence, and provide weekly reports on pipeline and KPIs.
Collaborate with technical, marketing, and sales teams to deliver customer-centric solutions and campaigns.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring revenue and margin targets are achieved.
Prepare and deliver proposals, tenders, and presentations to secure new opportunities.
Promote the full product portfolio using a consultative and value-selling approach.
Monitor industry trends and competitors, identifying new opportunities for growth.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms.
Maintain accurate records in the Opportunity Pipeline Tracker (OPT) with timely reporting.
Continuously upgrade knowledge and skills through research, training, and learning programs.
Job Requirements:
Degree qualification or equivalent, preferably in an engineering or technical-related qualification.
At Least 5 years experiences in Manufacturing, Seals & Sealing.
