Job Description

• Manage daily fleet deployment plans (approximately 10 vehicles currently)

• Oversees GPS Tracking and Fleet Management System to enhance fleet performance and fulfil daily orders

• Track and manage vehicle/ equipment fuel topup records, maintenance schedule and cost, driver's parking and ERP claims

• Respond and coordinate with in house maintenance team/ outside workshop for all breakdown and repair matters

• Ensure the insurances and road tax of vehicle/ equipments are renewed on time

• Handle operation phone call and liaise with colleagues to ensure orders are carried out effectively and efficiently

• Warehouse inventory tracking and management

• Keep track of company's fixed asset/ equipment locations

• Any other ad-hoc duties required

Job Requirement

• Minimum GCE ''O'' Level

• Able to multitask and hardworking

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Good knowledge of Singapore Map will be a plus

• Required language(s): English, Mandarin

• 5 days’ work week (Required to assist with fleet deployment plan for weekend/ PH if project team are out to work)
