Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, shortlisting, interview coordination, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Liaise with external agencies and authorities to organize and attend recruitment events such as walk-ins, roadshows, and career fairs.
• Administer work pass applications, renewals, and issuances (EP, WP, SP).
• Collaborate with Operations Management to understand manpower needs and source suitable candidates.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Support HR compliance with employment regulations and contribute to employee welfare initiatives.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in multi-store retail or FMCG sectors with exposure to mass hiring.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF Act, and Industrial Relations Act.
