As a GP Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Oversee daily clinic operations, ensure adherence to workflows, processes, healthcare regulations, and support audit/licensing activities.
Lead, train, and evaluate clinic assistants; manage scheduling, rostering, timesheets, and leave while contributing to hiring and onboarding.
Act as the escalation point for staff and patients, handling concerns, complaints, and disputes professionally to maintain service quality.
Coordinate with laboratories, radiology providers, and suppliers; manage inventory, reconcile invoices, and minimize wastage/expired stock.
Work with internal stakeholders to improve workflows, support operations initiatives, and perform additional assigned tasks.
Requirements:
Minimum diploma qualification.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in clinic/healthcare operations, with supervisory or managerial experience preferred
