Work schedule: Full day

Monday to Friday staggered office hours (8 hrs)

Saturday half day (4 hrs)

Job scope:

Provide prompt frontline customer service to patients
Helping with registration, booking of appointments, handling enquiries etc
Collection of payment
Assisting patients at assigned stations
Other adhoc/admin duties

Requirement:

GCE 'A'/ 'O'/ 'N' level or NITEC qualification
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good Team player with a passion for service excellence
Able to commit to work on weekdays and half day Saturdays
