• Position: Sales Officer

• Location: Sims Close

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9.30am - 6.30pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + Commission + Performance Bonus

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Design Agency

Main Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with existing clients

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

• Ensure smooth coordination between client and internal teams

• Act as the key point of contact for assigned accounts

• Identify and approach potential new clients

• Prepare and present proposals and quotations

• Follow up on leads and close new deals

• Track and report account and sales performance

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on project goals

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates

• 1–3 years of experience in account servicing, sales, or business development

• Relationship-building, and negotiation skills
