Job Scope:

• Manage and maintain relationships with key semiconductor clients.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the semiconductor sector.

• Develop and implement sales strategies tailored for semiconductor clients.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.

• Coordinate with operations, documentation, customs, and warehouse teams for timely delivery of shipments.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements.

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account performance analysis.

• Attend client meetings, trade shows, and industry events to expand network.

• Resolve client issues in collaboration with internal teams to ensure service excellence.

• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and internal SOPs.

• Support the creation of customized logistics solutions for semiconductor clients.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.

• Relevant 3–5 years of experience in sales or key account management within the freight forwarding / logistics industry.

• Proven experience managing semiconductor or high-tech industry accounts is a must.

• Strong knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain processes.

• Experience in contract negotiation, pricing, and account management.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer focus with problem-solving and coordination abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
