Job Description:

• Responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management, smooth procurement processes, and excellent customer support.

• Oversee parts inventory to ensure availability while reducing excess or obsolete stock

• Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate records & implement efficient processes for ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing parts

• Develop and implement strategies to increase parts sales (ICE & EV)

• Identify new business opportunities and customer segments

• Ensure accurate parts identification and timely delivery to customers

• Handle inquiries and resolve complaints professionally & build strong relationships with workshops, fleet customers, and partners

• Lead, train, and motivate the parts team to achieve KPIs

• Prepare regular reports on inventory, sales performance, and operations

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and regulatory requirements

• Support budgeting and forecasting for parts operations

Job requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Automotive, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

• Minimum 4-5 years of experiences in parts management

• Experience in heavy commercial vehicle sector (Truck and Bus) will be added advantage

• Demonstrated success in sales growth and inventory optimization.

• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
