What will you do?

• Partner with business leaders to drive recruitment strategies and manage end-to-end hiring.

• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a consistent and engaging employee experience.

• Manage payroll inputs, work passes, and statutory compliance with MOM regulations.

• Support performance management, employee benefits, and learning & development initiatives.

• Contribute to HR projects such as digitalisation, engagement, and HRIS enhancements.

What are we looking for?

• Degree in HR, Business, or related field

• 3 - 4 years’ HR generalist experience in Singapore

• Strong knowledge of employment laws and MOM regulations

• Proficient in HRIS, payroll systems, and MS Office

• Independent yet collaborative, with excellent communication skills
