As a Social Work Associate (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provide support in assessing clients’ financial needs and assisting with applications for relevant schemes.

• Assist in case intake, basic case management, and making appropriate referrals to community resources.

• Carry out home visits independently or together with medical social workers or healthcare teams when required.

• Handle departmental administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

• Collaborate with healthcare and community professionals as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

• Contribute to programme planning and support new initiatives or projects.

• Participate in ongoing training and supervision to enhance professional skills.

• Undertake other duties as assigned to support the department’s objectives.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma in Social Work or equivalent
